WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, previously entered into a grant agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to implement workforce strategies to build organizational resilience, promote employee well-being, and enhance workforce performance while focusing on building healthier communities approved by RS2023-1955 and RS2023-2090 (amendment one); and,
WHEREAS, amendment two takes one of two steps to correct an error in the payment system identifier by de-obligating the entirety of the funds in the amount of $8,578,283.00 from the incorrect payment system identifier, a copy of which amendment two is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, amendment three takes the second step to correct an error in the payment system identifier by re-obligating the entirety of the funds in the amount of $8,578,283.00 to the correct payment system identifier, a copy of which amendment three is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that amendments two and three be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
