WHEREAS, the agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Nashville Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services Division, and TriStar Skyline Medical Center, attached hereto, specifies the parties' benefits and obligations regarding the participation and clinical training of residents in the TriStar Skyline Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency Program; and,
WHEREAS, approval of the agreement will benefit the citizens of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Nashville Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services Division, and TriStar Skyline Medical Center, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
