An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing water and sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept new water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1310 Hillside Avenue, also known as Reservoir Zone 3 (MWS Project Nos. 22-WL-25 and 22-SL-92 and Proposal No. 2023M-027ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 100 linear feet of existing six-inch water main (Cast Iron), approximately 63 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 678 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 152 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, two sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1310 Hillside Avenue, also known as Reservoir Zone 3, are needed to construct project numbers 22-WL-25 and 22-SL-92; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-027ES-001 on March 6, 2023, for the abandonment and acceptance of said water and sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 100 linear feet of existing six-inch water main (Cast Iron), approximately 63 linear feet of existing eight-inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept approximately 678 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 152 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, two sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1310 Hillside Avenue, also known as Reservoir Zone 3, as shown...
