An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 842 Hamilton Crossings, also known as Hamilton Crossings Phase 2 (MWS Project Nos. 20-WL-123 and 20-SL-249 and Proposal No. 2022M-056ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 954 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 135 linear feet of new six inch water main (DIP), approximately 855 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two fire hydrant assemblies, 10 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 842 Hamilton Crossings, also known as Hamilton Crossings Phase 2, is needed to construct project numbers 20-WL-123 and 20-SL-249; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-056ES-001 on April 5, 2022, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 954 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 135 linear feet of new six inch water main ( DIP), approximately 855 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two fire hydrant assemblies, 10 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 842 Hamilton Crossings, also known as Hamilton Crossings Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
