Title: A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2022-1338 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to add phasing to the acceptance of new water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements and to update the map and parcel information, for now two properties located at 1300 Central Court and Central Pike (unnumbered), also known as Tulip Grove and Central Pike Townhomes Phase 1 (MWS Project Nos. 21-WL-126 and 21-SL-295 and Proposal No. 2023M-019ES-001).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1338, approved July 19, 2022, authorized the acceptance of approximately 3,842 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 3,684 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 711 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), eight fire hydrant assemblies, 37 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for four properties located on Central Pike, also known as Tulip Grove Townhomes;
WHEREAS, Project Nos. 21-WL-126 and 21-SL-295 now refer to Tulip Grove and Central Pike Townhomes Phase 1; and,
WHEREAS, the previously approved acceptance of approximately 927 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 391 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 711 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, 10 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located on Central Pike, are no longer needed to construct Project Nos. 21-WL-126 and 21-SL-295; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-019ES-001 on February 2, 2023, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1338 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
