WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 2,635 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 2,171 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six fire hydrant assemblies, 13 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1501 East Stewarts Lane, also known as Wildflower Phase 2, is needed to construct project numbers 24-WL-84 and 24-SL-269; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-101ES-002 on August 7, 2025, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 2,635 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 2,171 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), six fire hydrant assemblies, 13 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 1501 East Stewarts Lane, also known as Wildflower Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
