A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2023-49 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to modify the linear feet of sanitary sewer mains to be accepted and update Map and Parcel information, for property now located at Williams Avenue (unnumbered), also known as Williams Retreat Phase 2, Revision 1 (MWS Project No. 23-SL-45 and Proposal No. 2023M-145ES-002).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2023-49, approved November 9, 2023, authorized the acceptance of approximately 293 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 243 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three sanitary sewer manholes and easement, for property located at 401 East Williams Avenue, also known as Williams Retreat Phase 2; and,
WHEREAS, the previously approved acceptance of approximately 95 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP) has been modified so that 95 feet fewer is needed, and an additional 95 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), is now needed to construct Project No. 23-SL-45; and,
WHEREAS, the Map and Parcel information for property located at 401 East Williams Avenue, has been updated to property located at Williams Avenue (unnumbered); and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-145ES-002 on November 6, 2024, for revisions to the original mandatory referral; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2023-49 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2023-49 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
