WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 257 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 223 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, five sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 145 B Whitsett Road, also known as Whitsett Townhomes, is needed to construct project numbers 22-WL-124 and 22-SL-261; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-130ES-001 on August 7, 2023, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 257 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 223 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, five sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 145 B Whitsett Road, also known as Whitsett Townhomes, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
