WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, previously entered into a grant agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to implement workforce strategies to build organizational resilience, promote employee well-being, and enhance workforce performance while focusing on building healthier communities approved by RS2024-213 (amended by RS2024-501) and RS2024-533; and,
WHEREAS, amendment three approves a request to change the Principle Investigator for the grant, a copy of which amendment three is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, amendment four approves the carryover of unobligated funds in the amount of $387,358 from budget period one to budget period two, a copy of which amendment four is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, amendment five approves an administrative correction to correct an error on the Notice of Award for amendment four which erroneously listed $1,230,754 as the carryover amount instead of $387,385, a copy of which amendment five is attached hereto; and;
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that amendments three, four, and five be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
