A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer force main, for property located at 2791 Couchville Pike (MWS Project No. 26-SL-20 and Proposal No. 2026M083ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 3,404 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), for property located at 2791 Couchville Pike, is needed to construct project number 26-SL-20; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M083ES-001 on August 27, 2026, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer force main.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 3,404 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), for property located at 2791 Couchville Pike Street, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
