An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes, and to accept new sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 1610 Church Street, also known as the Project C Hotel (MWS Project No. 20-SL-303 and Proposal No. 2022M-090ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 247 linear feet of existing 10 inch sanitary sewer main and two sanitary sewer manholes, and the acceptance of approximately 247 linear feet of new 10 inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and three sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 1610 Church Street, also known as the Project C Hotel, are needed to construct project number 20-SL-303; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-090ES-001 on June 30, 2022, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer manholes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 247 linear feet of existing 10 inch sanitary sewer main and two sanitary sewer manholes, and to accept approximately 247 linear feet of new 10 inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and three sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 1610 Church Street, also known as the Project C Hotel, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the abandonment and acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
