An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, public sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 7350 Nolensville Road and Rocky Fork Road (unnumbered) in Williamson County, also known as Village Green (Nolensville) (MWS Project No. 23-SL-56 and Proposal No. 2024M-042ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 340 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 799 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 398 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), seven new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 7350 Nolensville Road and Rocky Fork Road (unnumbered) in Williamson County, also known as Village Green (Nolensville), is needed to construct project number 23-SL-56; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-042ES-001 on March 20, 2024, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 340 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 799 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 398 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), seven new sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 7350 Nolensville Road and Rocky Fork Road (unnumbered) in Williamson County, also known as Village Green (Nolensville), as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
