WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro"), previously entered into Contract Number 422573 with Infor (US), Inc., approved by Resolution RS2018-1338, for the provision of maintenance and support of workforce time and attendance software and all associated platform interfaces with critical Police applications; and,
WHEREAS, the first amendment to Contract Number 422573 was approved by Resolution RS2020-536; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term listed in Section 3.1 of Contract Number 422573 for an additional twelve months, a copy of which amendment two is attached hereto and incorporated herein; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this Second Amendment to the contract be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the Second Amendment to Contract Number 422573 between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Infor (US), Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute the same.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
