An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 3549 Brick Church Pike, also known as Belle Arbor Phase 7 (MWS Project Nos. 20-WL-102 and 20-SL-208 and Proposal No. 2024M-015ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 231 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP), approximately 593 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 396 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two fire hydrant assemblies, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 3549 Brick Church Pike, also known as Belle Arbor Phase 7, is needed to construct project numbers 20-WL-102 and 20-SL-208; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-015ES-001 on February 1, 2024, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manhole and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 231 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP), approximately 593 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 396 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), two fire hydrant assemblies, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 3549 Brick Church Pike, also known as Belle Arbor Phase 7, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
