An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for six properties located on Meridian Street and Luton Street, also known as The Grove at Meridian (MWS Project Nos. 23-WL-152 and 23-SL-234 and Proposal No. 2024M-009ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 476 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 120 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 213 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), one new fire hydrant assembly, four manholes and associated easements, for six properties located on Meridian Street and Luton Street, also known as The Grove at Meridian, is needed to construct project numbers 23-WL-152 and 23-SL-234; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral 2024M-009ES-001 on January 17, 2024, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept the acceptance of approximately 476 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 120 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 213 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), one new fire hydrant assembly, four manholes and associated easements, for six properties located on Meridian Street and Luton Street, also known as The Grove at Meridian, as shown on Exhibits 1 and 2, which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
