WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,472 linear feet of new four-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP) and rehabilitation of three existing sanitary sewer manholes, for four properties located on Rural Hill Road, Mount View Road, and Highlander Drive, also known as NOVO Antioch, is needed to construct project number 22-SL-43; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-052ES-001 on April 28, 2023, for the acceptance of said force sanitary sewer main and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,472 linear feet of new four-inch sanitary sewer force main (DIP) and rehabilitation of three existing sanitary sewer manholes, for four properties located at Rural Hill Road, Mount View Road, and Highlander Drive, also known as the NOVO Antioch development, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
