WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,549 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 66 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,448 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 5693 Cloverland Drive, also known as Plum Orchard Phase 2, is needed to construct project numbers 22-WL-11 and 22-SL-23; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-002ES-001 on January 12, 2023, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,549 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 66 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,448 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 5693 Cloverland Drive, also known as Plum Orchard Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
