Parks and Recreation, to fund improvements at the Elmington Park Playground.

between the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the Metropolitan Transit
Authority, and the Regional Transportation Authority, to formalize the operations
of dedicated law enforcement services within the public transit system.
