Members of the public wishing to speak may sign-up on the Council Meeting sign-up sheet at the Metro Clerk's Office counter on the day of the scheduled meeting. Public Comment sign-up for Council meetings begins at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. on the day of the scheduled meeting. Public Comment is limited to twenty minutes total at Council meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak.
