WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 404 linear feet of existing six-inch water main, approximately 283 linear feet of existing 15-inch sanitary sewer main (VCP) and one sanitary sewer manhole, and the acceptance of approximately 404 linear feet of new-eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 283 linear feet of new 18-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and one sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 1801 Patterson Street, are needed to construct project numbers 23-WL-20 and 23-SL-36; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-089ES-001 on May 31, 2023, for the abandonment and acceptance of said water main, sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manhole.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 404 linear feet of existing six-inch water main, approximately 283 linear feet of existing 15-inch sanitary sewer main (VCP) and one sanitary sewer manhole, and to accept approximately 404 linear feet of new-eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 283 linear feet of new 18-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and one sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 1801 Patterson Street, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
