WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1079, approved February 16, 2022, authorized the acceptance of approximately 3,375 linear feet of eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately five linear feet of 12-inch water main (DIP), approximately 3,758 linear feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 322 linear feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), six fire hydrant assemblies, 29 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 3631 Pin Hook Road, also known as Hobson Park; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of an additional approximately 64 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), and one additional sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 3631 Pin Hook Road, also known as Hobson Park, is needed to construct Project No. 20-SL-295; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-003ES-001 on November 21, 2021, the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, and approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-070ES-001 on May 3, 2023, for revisions to the original mandatory referral.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1079 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2022-1079 is hereby amended deleting section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
