NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Title 17 of the Code of Laws of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, is hereby amended by changing the Official Zoning Map for Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, which is made a part of Title 17 by reference, as follows:

By amending a Specific Plan for properties located at 2143, 2145, and 2145B Goodrich Avenue, 2125 Buena Vista Pike and various properties located between Alpine Avenue and Goodrich Avenue, approximately 290 feet northwest of Buena Vista Pike, zoned SP and R8 (2.85 acres), to expand the boundary of the SP and to permit 11 additional multi-family residential units for a maximum of 37 units overall., being Property Parcel Nos. 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 900 as designated on Map 070-09-3-F, Property Parcel Nos. 001, 002, 900 as designated on Map 070-09-3-I, Property Parcel No. 155 as designated on Map 070-13 of the Official Property Identification Maps of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, all of which is described by lines, words and figures on the plan that was duly considered by the Metropolitan Planning Commission, and which is on file with the...
