Agenda Analysis

Analysis

This resolution approves amendment one to a grant from the Friends of Warner Parks to the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation originally approved by RS2022-1675. The grant is used for seasonal staffing for the Special Work Education and Trails (S.W.E.A.T.) program at Warner Parks.

The amendment decreases the grant amount by $1,545.58, from $46,252.63 to $44,707.05 due to the changes recently made to Metro’s M&R Worker classifications. The grant will now use the Seasonal Worker 7, Step 3 and Step 5 classifications. There are no other changes to the grant terms. This was approved by the Board of Parks and Recreation at its February 7, 2023 meeting.
