WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1082, approved February 16, 2022, authorized the abandonment of approximately 491 linear feet of existing 36 inch sanitary sewer main, approximately 660 linear feet of existing six inch water main, two sanitary sewer manholes, one fire hydrant assembly and easements, the relocation of one fire hydrant assembly, and the acceptance of approximately 15 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main, approximately 1,290 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), one sanitary sewer manhole, three fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for two properties located at 801 12th Avenue North and 800 14th Avenue North, also known as Chartwell at Marathon Village; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 203 linear feet of new 18 inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) one additional new sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and the replacement of one fire hydrant assembly, are needed to construct MWS Project Nos. 21-SL-15 and 21-WL-10; and,
WHEREAS, the previously approved acceptance of approximately 90 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 15 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main, one fire hydrant assembly and easements, is no longer needed to construct Project No. Nos. 21-SL-15 and 21-WL-10; and,
