WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 774 linear feet of existing six inch water main (CIP), approximately 956 linear feet of existing two inch water main (GAL), two fire hydrant assemblies and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 47 linear feet of new 16 inch water main (DIP), approximately 729 linear feet of new 12 inch water main (DIP), approximately 27 linear feet of new six inch water main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 334 Ewing Drive, also known as Ewing Heights, are needed to construct project numbers 22-WL-76 and 22-SL-160; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-194ES-001 on January 6, 2023, for the abandonment and acceptance of said water mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manhole and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 774 linear feet of existing six inch water main (CIP), approximately 956 linear feet of existing two inch water main (GAL), two fire hydrant assemblies and easements, and to accept approximately 47 linear feet of new 16 inch water main (DIP), approximately 729 linear feet of new 12 inch water main (DIP), approximately 27 linear feet of new six inch water main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 334 Ewing Drive, also known as Ewi...
