A resolution congratulating Fisk University student Kellen Franklin for his appearance on Wheel of Fortune’s College Week.

WHEREAS, originally from Long Beach, California, Kellen Franklin is a sophomore at Fisk University; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Franklin appeared on Wheel of Fortune on November 25, 2022, to represent Fisk University during Wheel of Fortune’s College Week; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Franklin performed spectacularly, representing the Fisk University Bulldogs with pride and showing off his talents solving puzzles; and
WHEREAS, it is important for the Metropolitan Council to recognize the talents of Nashville university students who represent the future of our city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the Metropolitan Council goes on record as congratulating Fisk University student Kellen Franklin for his appearance on Wheel of Fortune’s College Week.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
