A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2022-1267 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept an additional sanitary sewer manhole, for property located at 121 Hart Lane (MWS Project Nos. 21-WL-118 and 21-SL-279 and Proposal Nos. 2022M-066ES-001 and 2022M-161ES-001).

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1267, approved June 15, 2022, authorized the acceptance of approximately 321 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 317 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC and DIP), one fire hydrant assembly, two sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 121 Hart Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of one additional sanitary sewer manhole is needed to construct Project No. 21-SL-279; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-161ES-001 on October 19, 2022, for the acceptance of one additional sanitary sewer manhole; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2022-1267 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2022-1267 is hereby amended by deleting Section 1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 321 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 317 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC and DIP), one fire hydrant assembly, three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 121 Hart Lane, as shown below and on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:
