An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for five properties located on West Trinity Lane (MWS Project Nos. and Proposal No. 2022M-135ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 489 linear feet of new 10 inch water main (DIP), approximately 466 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 378 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,012 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, 12 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for five properties located on West Trinity Lane, is needed to construct project numbers 21-WL-104 and 21-SL-241; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-135ES-001 on September 15, 2022, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 489 linear feet of new 10 inch water main (DIP), approximately 466 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 378 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,012 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, 12 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for five properties located on West Trinity Lane, as shown on Exhibits 1 and 2, which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
