An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main and easements, and to accept new sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at 2714 Old Lebanon Pike, also known as Donelson Library (MWS Project No. 22-SL-91 and 22-WL-57 and Proposal No. 2022M-109ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 363 linear feet of existing eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 70 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three sanitary sewer manholes, one fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at 2714 Old Lebanon Pike, also known as Donelson Library, are needed to construct project numbers 22-SL-91 and 22-WL-57; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-109ES-001 on July 29, 2022, for the abandonment and acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes, a fire hydrant assembly and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 363 linear feet of existing eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and easements, and to accept approximately 70 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three sanitary sewer manholes, one fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at 2714 Old Lebanon Pike, also known as Donelson Library, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
