WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,331 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 542 linear feet of new 10 inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,205 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, eight sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Old Hickory Boulevard (unnumbered), also known as Evergreen Hills Phase 2A, is needed to construct project numbers 21-WL-100 and 21-SL-235; and,

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-096ES-001 on July 12, 2022, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1.                     The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,331 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 542 linear feet of new 10 inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,205 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, eight sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at Old Hickory Boulevard (unnumbered), also known as Evergreen Hills Phase 2A , as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2.                     The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.

Section 3.                     Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.

Section 4.                     This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
