An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at Chandler Road (unnumbered), also known as Chandler Reserve Phase 6 (MWS Project Nos. 21-WL-09 and 21-SL-14 and Proposal No. 2022M-049ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,400 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,349 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, 10 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at Chandler Road (unnumbered), also known as Chandler Reserve Phase 6, is needed to construct project numbers 21-WL-09 and 21-SL-14; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2022M-049ES-001 on March 28, 2022, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,400 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,349 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, 10 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at Chandler Road (unnumbered), also known as Chandler Reserve Phase 6, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
