A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2018-1162 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to modify the acceptance of public sewer mains, manholes and easements, and update Map and Parcel information for now three properties located at 1000 Bradburn Village Drive, 701 B Bradburn Village Way, and Bradburn Village Circle (unnumbered), also known as Bradburn Village Phase 4 (MWS Project Nos. 17-WL-208 and 17-SL-211 and Proposal No. 2018M-028ES-002.)

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2018-1162, approved May 16, 2018, authorized the abandonment of approximately 1,487 linear feet of existing six inch sanitary sewer force main and a pump station, and the acceptance of approximately 10 linear feet of 10 inch water main, approximately 1,400 linear feet of eight inch water main, approximately 230 linear feet of six inch water main, approximately 507 linear feet of 15 inch sanitary sewer main, approximately 1,448 linear feet of eight inch sanitary sewer main, 14 sanitary sewer manholes, four fire hydrants and any associated easements, for property located at 0 Pin Hook Road; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of an additional approximately 119 linear feet of new 15 inch sanitary sewer main, an additional sanitary sewer manhole and easements, are needed to construct Project No. 17-SL-211; and,
WHEREAS, the property located at 0 Pin Hook Road, is now three properties located at 1000 Bradburn Village Drive, 701 B Bradburn Village Way, and Bradburn Village Circle (unnumbered), also known as Bradburn Village Phase 4; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2018M-028ES-002 on June 28, 2021, for the modification of the acceptance of public sewer mains, manholes and easements, and updated Map and Parcel information; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2018-1162 provides that amendments to the legislation shall be approved by resolution.
