WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 536 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,249 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 569 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes, two fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for property located at 4225 Central Pike, also known as New Hope Village, is needed to construct project numbers 20-SL-300 and 20-WL-148; and,

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2021M-046ES-001 on May 26, 2021, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer and water main, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies and easements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1.                     The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 536 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,249 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 569 linear feet of new eight inch water main (DIP), nine sanitary sewer manholes, two fire hydrant assemblies and easements, for property located at 4225 Central Pike, also known as New Hope Village, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2.                     The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.

Section 3.                     Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.

Section 4.                     This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
