WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 122 linear feet of existing 60 inch combination sewer main, approximately 223 linear feet of existing 15 inch sanitary sewer main and easements, and the acceptance of approximately 175 linear feet of new 66 inch combination sewer main (RCP), approximately 207 linear feet of new 10 inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three combination sewer manholes/inlets, four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located on Edgehill Avenue, also known as Edgehill Townhomes, are needed to construct project number 20-SL-196; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2021M-036ES-001 on April 26, 2021, for the abandonment and acceptance of said combination and sanitary sewer mains, combination sewer manholes/inlets, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 122 linear feet of existing 60 inch combination sewer main, approximately 223 linear feet of existing 15 inch sanitary sewer main and easements, and to accept approximately 175 linear feet of new 66 inch combination sewer main (RCP), approximately 207 linear feet of new 10 inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three combination sewer manholes/inlets, four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located on Edgehill Avenue, also known as Edgehill Townhome...
