An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and easements, for property located at 5 City Boulevard, also known as OneC1ty Nashville (Proposal No. 2020M-090ES-001).

WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 80 linear feet of existing 36 inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements that were previously conveyed unto Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in Plat Book 3600, Page 38, Davidson County Register of Deeds, Deed Book 3073, Page 362, Davidson County Register of Deeds and Instrument No. 200708030092466, Davidson County Register of Deeds, for property located at 5 City Boulevard, also known as OneC1ty Nashville, are no longer needed; and,
WHEREAS, the abandonment has been requested by Civil Site Design Group on behalf of the owner, and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2020M-090ES-001 on October 20, 2020, for the abandonment of said sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to abandon approximately 80 linear feet of existing 36 inch sanitary sewer main, one sanitary sewer manhole and easements that were previously conveyed unto Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in Plat Book 3600, Page 38, Davidson County Register of Deeds, Deed Book 3073, Page 362, Davidson County Register of Deeds and Instrument No. 200708030092466, Davidson County Register of Deeds, for property located at 5 City Boulevard, also known as OneC1ty Nashville, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
