An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly and sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 901 Haggard Street, also known as 325 West Trinity - Madison Trinity (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-37 and 25-SL-87 and Proposal No. 2025M-151ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,295 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 458 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 730 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 901 Haggard Street, also known as 325 West Trinity - Madison Trinity, is needed to construct project numbers 25-WL-37 and 25-SL-87; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance BL2024-265 as amended by RS2025-997, approved abandonment and acceptance of infrastructure for the same site and same project name; however, that project has been amended in scope and type and the original plans were abandoned; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-151ES-001 on September 15, 2025, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,295 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 458 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 730 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, nine sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 901 Haggard Street, also known as 325 West Trinity - Madison Trinity, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incor...
