NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

 

Section 1.                      That the building material restrictions and requirements as part of BL2024-531, a proposed Historic Preservation Overlay District located at 2115, 2205 and 2205 B Elliston Place, as described in ‘Exhibit A’ are hereby authorized.

 

Section 2.                     Any request for a waiver from part or all of the building material restrictions and requirements contained within this ordinance shall be submitted to the Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission at the time of application for a historic preservation permit.

 

Section 3                      The Metropolitan Clerk is directed to publish a notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation within five days following final passage.

 

Section 4.                      That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication of above said notice announcing such change in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
