An ordinance readopting the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, prepared by Municipal Code Corporation including supplemental and replacement pages thereof, containing certain ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted on or before December 17, 2025.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Government, by Ordinance No. BL2006-1287, approved the re- codified Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County as prepared by Municipal Code Corporation; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Code Corporation has completed certain supplemental and replacement pages for the Code of the Metropolitan Government identified and dated Met. Nashville Davidson Co., Supp. No. 53 (3/26);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. There is hereby re-adopted by the Metropolitan Council that certain Code entitled "The Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee" prepared by Municipal Code Corporation, containing certain ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted on or before December 17, 2025, as compiled, consolidated, codified, and indexed in Titles 1 to 17, including those supplemental and replacement pages having in the lower right-hand or left-hand corner thereof the notation: Met. Nashville Davidson Co., Supp. No. 53 (3/26).
Section 2. At least two copies of the Code hereby re-adopted containing the supplemental and replacement pages properly inserted therein shall be kept on file in the Office of the Metropolitan Clerk and be kept there available for public inspection and use. In addition, at least two complete sets of the supplemental and replacement pages described in Section 1 hereof shall be stapled or permanently fastened together and kept on file in the Office of the Metropolitan Clerk and be kept there available for public inspection and use.
