A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer force main for three properties located at 4056, 4062 and 4080 Brick Church Pike, also known as the Brick Church Pike Sewer Extension, (MWS Project No. 25-SL-149 and Proposal No. 2025M-170ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 443 linear feet of new three-inch sanitary sewer force main, for three properties located at 4056, 4062 and 4080 Brick Church Pike, also known as Brick Church Pike Sewer Extension, is needed to construct project number 25-SL-149; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-170ES-001 on October 21, 2025, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer force main.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 443 linear feet of new three-inch sanitary sewer force main, for three properties located at 4056, 4062 and 4080 Brick Church Pike, also known as Brick Church Pike Sewer Extension, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
