An ordinance approving Amendment 2 to Contract #6485692 between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and InspectionReportsOnline.net INC for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance ("ITM") compliance reports for installed fire protection systems and equipment.

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro"), previously entered into a contract with InspectionReportsOnline.net INC, Contract # 6485692, on March 9, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend this contract by extending the term of the contract by six months, and inserting required language to Section 8.30 related to the Boycott of Israel; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that the amendment to the grant contract be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That this Amendment 2 to Contract #6485692 with InspectionReportsOnline.net INC, which extends the term of the contract and reflects updated required terms, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the same.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
