NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That Section 15.64.015 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting stormwater management committee and inserted in lieu thereof stormwater management commission.
SECTION 2. That Section 15.64.032(C)(3) of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting stormwater management committee and inserted in lieu thereof stormwater management commission.
SECTION 3. That Section 15.64.032(E)(1) of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting stormwater management committee and inserted in lieu thereof stormwater management commission.
SECTION 4. That Section 15.64.032(E)(2) of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting stormwater management committee and inserted in lieu thereof stormwater management commission.
SECTION 5. That Section 15.64.032(E)(3) of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting stormwater management committee and inserted in lieu thereof stormwater management commission.
SECTION 6. That Section 15.64.032(H) of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting stormwater management committee and inserted in lieu thereof stormwater management commission.
SECTION 7. That the title of Section 15.64.040 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting Stormwater Management Committee and inserted in lieu thereof Stormwater Management Commission.
