WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 72 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP) and one fire hydrant assembly, for property located at Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), also known as Nolensville Road Wawa, is needed to construct project number 25-WL-21; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-104ES-001 on July 10, 2025, for the acceptance of said water main and fire hydrant assembly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 72 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP) and one fire hydrant assembly, for property located at Nolensville Pike (unnumbered), also known as Nolensville Road Wawa, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
