WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 149 linear feet of new one and one half-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), for property located at Old Hickory Blvd (unnumbered), also known as Christ Church, is needed to construct project number 25-SL-219; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-019ES-001 on April 3, 2026, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer force main.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 149 linear feet of new one and one half-inch sanitary sewer force main (PVC), for property located at Old Hickory Blvd (unnumbered), also known as Christ Church, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
