An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 3 (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-29 and 26-SL-96 and Proposal No. 2026M-090ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,043 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 774 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 3, is needed to construct Project Nos. 26-WL-29 and 26-SL-96; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M090ES-001 on September 10, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assembly, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,043 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 774 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), one fire hydrant assembly, four sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 3, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
