NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

 

Section 1. That the following building material restrictions and requirements as a part of BL2022-1358, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District located at at 1711 Broadway, approximately 145 feet west of 17th Avenue South, (1.28 acres) are hereby authorized:

 

 

All facade materials, exclusive of clear fenestration, shall be high quality and selected from the following list: masonry, masonry panels,

Textured metal, metal paneling, precast concrete, precast concrete panel, fiber cement panel, fiber cement siding, spandrel glass (on

Upper stories only) or materials substantially similar in form and function. This requirement applies to all facades.

 

 

Section 2. That this ordinance take effect immediately after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
