An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 2405 Monticello Drive, also known as Monticello (Onsite) (MWS Project Nos. 22-WL-138 and 22-SL-286 and Proposal No. 2023M-192ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 67 linear feet of new four-inch water main (DIP), approximately 36 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,828 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 79 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,542 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, 21 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 2405 Monticello Drive, also known as Monticello (Onsite), is needed to construct project numbers 22-WL-138 and 22-SL-286; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2023M-192ES-001 on December 12, 2023, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 67 linear feet of new four-inch water main (DIP), approximately 36 linear feet of new six-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,828 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 79 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 1,542 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), three fire hydrant assemblies, 21 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 2405 Monticello Drive, also known as Monticello (Onsite), as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
