An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 2 (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-28 and 26-SL-95 and Proposal No. 2026M-077ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 832 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 727 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 226 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, five sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 2, is needed to construct Project Nos. 26-WL-28 and 26-SL-95 and;
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M077ES-001 on August 17, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 832 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 727 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 226 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), two fire hydrant assemblies, five sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1 which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
