An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 5047 John Hagar Road and John Hagar Road (unnumbered), also known as Kingsley Park Phase 2 (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-17 and 26-SL-54 and Proposal No. 2026M-034ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 2,073 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,825 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 814 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, 18 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 5047 John Hagar Road and John Hagar Road (unnumbered), also known as Kingsley Park Phase 2, is needed to construct project numbers 26-WL-17 and 26-SL-54; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-034ES-001 on May 18, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 2,073 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 1,825 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 814 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), four fire hydrant assemblies, 18 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 5047 John Hagar Road and John Hagar Road (unnumbered), also known as Kingsley Park Phase 2, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
