An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 516 Meridian Street, (MWS Project No. 25-SL-187 and Proposal No. 2026M-003ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 90 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 33 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 516 Meridian Street, is needed to construct Project No. 25-SL-187; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-003ES-001 on February 2, 2026, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 90 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 33 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), three sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 516 Meridian Street, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
