WHEREAS, the abandonment of approximately 300 linear feet of existing 10-inch sanitary sewer main and one sanitary sewer manhole, and the acceptance of approximately 3,551 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 2,848 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 265 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 300 linear feet of new 10-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), eight fire hydrant assemblies and 26 sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 329 Ben Allen Road, also known as Osage Arbor at Broadmoor, are needed to construct project numbers 25-WL-51 and 25-SL-117; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission conditionally approved mandatory referral No. 2026M-031ES-001 on April 3, 2026, for the abandonment and acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies and sewer manholes; and,
WHEREAS, Park's condition that all work must comply with the approved final site plan regarding the greenway, will be met as the design will account for all conflicts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
